Technology Skills & Requirements

The ability to login to a computer and to a website as well as basic navigation skills are the only technology skills needed. Navigation is consistent and predictable, requiring almost no training. After viewing orientation videos users need only to click on desired location. Below are our recommendations for the optimal use of the school’s curriculum and online educational tools.

• 5 MB download
• 2 MB upload

Issues with the functionality of school software or content can be referred to help@myschool.org. Screenshots or error messages can be helpful when diagnosing concerns. Hardware issues should be referred to the equipment manufacturer, point of purchase, or repair service.
